Meet Doily Fulcher: Trainer, Coach, Leader
Meet Doily Fulcher, the President, and Owner of Elevate Training & Consulting. With a wealth of experience working with some of the best Fortune 500 companies in the US, as well as the Air Force and Navy Department of Defense, his focus is on coaching, training, and developing teams to achieve exceptional results.
Doily’s areas of expertise lie in leadership development, coaching/mentoring, and organizational change, where he holds relevant certifications. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in Finance and Economics, and he has been honored with the Platinum Facilitation award.
When he’s not working, Doily loves to spend time with his family in the great outdoors, engaging in activities like cycling, hiking, and camping in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.
Qualifications
Learning & Development Experience:
15 years of L&D experience with a Fortune 500 Corporation, IT Corporation, and the Department of Defense with emphasis on design and facilitating learning solutions with results focus. Working with clients with a focus of improved human performance in the Financial Services, Insurance, Information Technology and Department of Defense industries.
Sales and Leadership Consulting and Coaching:
Over five years of business consulting for independent entrepreneurs with focus on increased and sustainable business sales and growth. Perform Sales Executive Coaching with a focus on increased executive presence with improvement on leadership effectiveness.
Leadership Experience:
18 years of Facilities Director Experience with responsibility over commercial properties in the Pacific Northwest territory. Led department of 10 first line leaders with 200 employees. Experience in business operations while managing a 21-Million-dollar department budget.
