Presentation Secrets (4hrs)

This course is for the employee who gives presentations or talks to groups. The content evolves around the 9 public speaking secrets from TED talks. 

Topics will include:

Presentation Mechanics (4hrs) 

This is one of three courses for the employee who facilitates a presentation. The content starts at preparing for the presentation and ends at a call to action. This course will increase your effectiveness during presentations. 

Topics include:

  • Identifying the type of presentation Plan and organize your presentation Mastering the four P’s
  • Respecting word choice
  • Posture and gestures
  • Understanding body language
  • Managing questions
  • Meaningful learning

Power of Influence (4 hrs)

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to change key behaviors in others to achieve better results. Utilizing the six sources of influence, students will learn how to apply them to help move any situation forward.

  • List six sources of influence at home and work.
  • Discuss high leverage behaviors that lead to positive change.

Dealing with Difficult People (4hrs)

This course will teach you how to deal with difficult people in your personal and professional life. Some of the course highlights are:

  • The types of difficult people
  • Reasons why people are difficult
  • How to stay calm and relaxed in any situation
  • How to deal with aggressive and insubordinate people
  • How to deal with people who don’t pull their weight
  • Strategies for a more stress-free approach to dealing with people

Exploring Emotional Intelligence (4hrs)

This course will provide participants with the ability to recognize and understand emotions in themselves and others, and the ability to use this awareness to build stronger relationships and a better work environment.

  • Relate how emotional intelligence can help you better navigate the complexities of the workplace.

Conflict Resolution (4hrs)

This workshop explores those conversations that people find difficult and how they react to them both physically and emotionally. Participants will quickly develop the tools to recognize and deal with uncomfortable situations and obstacles. 

They will learn to accept conflict as a natural and necessary part of group progress. The course also uses practical exercises to help the participants develop a simple, repeatable strategy for dealing with difficult individual conversations in the workplace. This course is open to anyone.

Effective Communication

Effective Communication introduces you to the key tools and know-how that you need to effectively communicate to build stronger relationships and have better outcomes!
